Good Business Charter
The Good Business Charter is an accreditation that encompasses what we continue to strive for as a company. This accreditation acknowledges businesses that continue to uphold responsible business practices with customer relations, the environment and a healthy staff working environment. As Shpun continues to cultivate a structure of innovation and creativity we also intend to continue meeting the high standards as set by the Good Business Charter in their 10 Responsible Business Principles.

CSR-A
CSR-A is an accreditation centred on a global standard for the social responsibility of a company’s practices. We are proud to be accredited with a CSR badge as we believe that transparency within business is paramount, and it is the obligation of businesses to give back into the community around them. We continue to work towards doing our part to help reach the UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals by crafting a sustainable business framework in all elements possible; reaching for cohesive company framework whereby the environment, workplace, community, and philanthropy are all equally thought of in our business plans.


Living Wage for All
We are proud to be accredited by the Living Wage Foundation. We achieved the Living Wage Employer accreditation in August 2024, and this is our public commitment to always pay all our employees the real Living Wage. This commitment embodies Shpun’s belief that our staff are at the heart of our business decisions, and we want them to have a healthy, happy, quality of life.

One Tree at a Time
Treeapp is a worldwide initiative that links back to the 17 Sustainability Goals. They plant trees globally, working to combat CO2 emissions, reforesting land space both internationally and in the UK and creating workdays for local communities in international regions. Treeapp has a brilliant interactive dashboard that allows us to keep track of the planting with up-to-date reporting of the impact we are helping to create. To help fight against the rapid biodiversity and climate issues the world is facing, in 2024 we partnered with Treeapp to plant 1,000 trees a year in Indonesia, with the intent to do more for our environment as the company expands. We were successful in achieving this goal and strive to continue our partnership, for years to come.


Pitch 2 Progress
Pitch 2 Progress is a great pillar of the community in Birmingham, and we are proud to be in partnership with the work that they do. This project uses sport as an engagement tool to support children and young people as they progress, with the aim to elevate their growth and create positive destinations, cultivating positive role models of society. From 2023- 2024 we have been able to give donations contributing towards their programmes and in August 2024, we had the awesome opportunity to volunteer at the Stallions Sports Camp to interact with some of the brilliant young people a part of the P2P community. Volunteers from Shpun had a brilliant time and look forward to more volunteering opportunities in future.
